Clubs

Classes are taught in a traditional Chinese way with a family atmosphere being encouraged. Respect for Instructors, oneself and other members of the club help to create a relaxed training environment; one where personal development can flourish.

Self Defence
As part of a students on going training and development at the club, their self defence techniques and awareness becomes greater. Specific self defence training is available separate from the more traditional Lau Gar training.

Chi Na
Once a year we run a Chi Na course at Cocksmoors Woods Leisure Centre. Facilitated by senior instructor and Lau Gar Guardian Steve Burton, this course introduces students to the wonders of pressure points, locks and grappling techniques.
